Dr. Chef Balendra Singh

Dr. Chef Balendra Singh is a renowned pastry chef and culinary educator with over 25 years of global experience in luxury hotels and international cruise lines. A graduate of GIHM, Dehradun, and a Doctorate holder in Hotel Management, he has worked with leading brands including Taj, JW Marriott, Grand Hyatt, Pullman, Novotel, Westin, and Umaid Bhawan Palace. Awarded Pastry Chef of the Year 2023, he is the Founder of Institute of Bakery and Culinary Arts (IBCA), New Delhi, dedicated to shaping industry-ready culinary professionals.
