Rules and Guidelines

Title: Master Dessert Artist.
  • The event will commence at 09:30 a.m., and tables will be allotted at 10:00 a.m.
  • Each contestant will have 15 minutes for setup, with the round beginning at 10:15 a.m. and concluding at 12:15 p.m.
  • Note - Create a one-of-a-kind dessert using Milkmaid as the key ingredient – and do it all in just 2 hours!
  • Note: Use one full mini tin of Milkmaid in your recipe.
  • Ingredients and heavy equipment like a microwave, fridge, deep freezer, and blast chiller will be provided
  • Workspace dimensions: 168 x 74 cm (5.5 x 2.5 ft.) Each workspace will be shared by 2 students.
You can craft:
  • A plated dessert
  • An Indian sweet
  • A fusion creation
  • A cake
  • Or even a chocolate-based dessert
Judging Criteria:
  • Skills and techniques
  • Hygiene and waste management
  • Correct preparation
  • Presentation and innovation
  • Taste

The most innovative recipe will be featured on Nestlé’s official page – with your name credited!

Winner

The “Master Dessert Artist-2 (2025)t” winner will be announced at 2:30 Pm.

The winner will receive a cash prize of Rs 11,000/-

The first Runner-up will receive a cash prize of Rs 5,100\-

The Second Runner-up will receive a cash prize of Rs 2,100/-

Five medallions from the different categories will be chosen by the jury panel.

Each participant will receive a participation certificate for the “Master Dessert Artist (2025)” competition.
