Hi, I’m Shirisha and I’m currently doing the 18-month advanced course in baking and pastry from the Institute of baking and culinary arts in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. I have always been passionate about learning the chemistry behind baking and how the different ingredients come together to make the final baked food. I was searching online for a good course but I could not find satisfactory answers to my questions. Only after coming to IBCA did I realize that there is plenty of knowledge on baking with the chefs in their years of practice. They have a very good explanation for why things happened the way they do. I am getting more experience here than I had expected and I am loving it.
My name is Ishika Goel I’m from Delhi. I was confused as to where I should take admission after my 12th but then I chose IBCA. I even took a demo class and they taught so well. I have learned to bake 150 products in just 4 months. I got no knowledge about bakeries but I can bake my own recipes at home. I enjoy studying bakery here so much that I changed my initial 12 months course to 18 months. We get a lot of opportunities to participate in competitions and trains are provided for that as well.
My name is Sahej and i am from Delhi I did my bachelor's from Delhi University. During the lockdown, I decided to change my field and wanted to do something that I love i wanted to go for something creative so my dad encouraged me to look for some baking schools. So we started searching for baking schools near our place I got to know about IBCA which is the institute of bakery and culinary arts which is situated in Vikaspuri I came here and did my registration. My experience here at IBCA is amazing. It's just been four months since I have joined here and we have made around 170 dishes. I am amazed that just after one month I got an opportunity to participate in the competition and there I got a silver medal for cake decorating competition. Our chefs are very helpful. They are always ready to help with a smile on their face. I feel very proud of my decision of taking and of taking admission at IBCA. Thank you.
Hello, I'm Oshien Kaur from Ajmer, Rajasthan. I’m currently pursuing my 18-month diploma from IBCA. I was a teacher in 2019 and had taught for 1 year. Lockdown acted as a blessing in disguise as I started my cloud kitchen in Ajmer. I got really good orders at that time but I had learned baking from youtube. I decided not to limit my business to Ajmer and decided to grow in this field. Luckily one of my friends who is a chef recommended Balinder Singh and this institute IBCA. coming here was the best decision I’ve ever made because I was able to really differentiate between what I was doing in Ajmer and what I’m doing now after learning from IBCA. I would like to thank our director Balinder Singh and all the other chefs who gave a lot of opportunities after joining this institute. I thanks the institute for making us who we are now. Thank You
