Hi, I’m Shirisha and I’m currently doing the 18-month advanced course in baking and pastry from the Institute of baking and culinary arts in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. I have always been passionate about learning the chemistry behind baking and how the different ingredients come together to make the final baked food. My name is Ishika Goel I’m from Delhi. I was confused as to where I should take admission after my 12th but then I chose IBCA. I even took a demo class and they taught so well. Hello, I'm Oshien Kaur from Ajmer, Rajasthan. I’m currently pursuing my 18-month diploma from IBCA. I was a teacher in 2019 and had taught for 1 year. Lockdown acted as a blessing in disguise as I started my cloud kitchen in Ajmer. I got really good orders at that time but I had learned baking from youtube. I decided not to limit my business to Ajmer and decided to grow in this field.
